It is created at the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies an automated processing of personal data relating to the management of contacts in the context of the collection of public statistics surveys by Internet.
The purpose is, on the one hand, for the contact, to facilitate access by a single account to the surveys of public statistics by internet and its individual data and, on the other hand, to the managers of public statistics surveys, to have a set of shared features for unit management or a lot of contacts.
The different categories of information processed and related to contact are:
- its name and name;
- its professional contact information: function, email address, fixed telephone number, mobile phone number, fax, postal coordinates;
- additional information (comments), of the preferential time range type to contact this contact, for example.
This data will be retained for three years except in the case of a contact delisting request.
The recipients of the various categories of information processed are the persons responsible for the surveys undertaken within the public statistics services that adhere to the telecollecting portal.
The rights of opposition, access and rectification set out in sections 38 to 40 of Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended shall be exercised with the general management of INSEE.
The Director General of the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
