Entry into force: the decree comes into force on the day after its publication. The experiment will concern promotions entering the training cycle of the technician's higher than the school year 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Notice: This Order authorizes the continuation of the experiment started in September 2012 in the seventeen classes preparing for the higher technician's patent designated by the Minister of Agriculture, for three additional school years, under the conditions prescribed by the Decree No. 2012-570 of 24 April 2012 relating to experimentation to register the patent of agricultural superior technician in the European architecture of higher education.

Considering the opinion of the Technical Committee on Agricultural Education of 27 November 2014;
Considering the advice of the National Council for Higher Education and Agricultural, Agri-Food and Veterinary Research of 3 December 2014;
Considering the opinion of the National Council for Agricultural Education of 11 December 2014,
Decrete:
Authorized experimentation under the Decree No. 2012-570 of 24 April 2012 is extended for in-training promotions in the 2015 school year, 2016 and 2017.
The Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, spokesperson for the Government, is responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
