Seen the order of July 8, 1991, and the successive orders extending the National collective agreement of the gaming industries, toys, festive articles and Christmas ornaments, childcare articles and children's cars, models and related industries of 25 January 1991 and the texts that have completed or amended ;
In view of the Amendment No 60 of 17 December 2013 concerning the Foresight of non-executive personnel, to the above collective agreement;
Having regard to the amendment No. 61 of 17 December 2013 relating to the pension scheme of the framework staff, to the collective agreement referred to above;
In view of the request for extension presented by the Signatory organizations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 5 July 2014;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), delivered at the meeting on October 23, 2014,
Stop:
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned endorsements shall take effect from the date of Publication of this Order for the remainder of the term and the conditions set out in the Such endorsements.
The Director General of Labour shall be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of The French Republic.
