Notice: the decree makes the annual revalorization of the lump-sum amount of active solidarity income applicable to Mayotte pursuant to Article L. 262-3 of the Code of Social Action and Families. The rate of revalorization is the forecast inflation for 2015 as determined by the Government in the context of the economic, social and financial report annexed to the 2015 Finance Bill.

On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women ' s Rights,
Considering the code of social action and families, including articles L. 262-2 and L. 262-3;
Considering Act No. 2008-1249 of 1 December 2008 generalizing active solidarity income and reforming integration policies;
In light of Order No. 2011-1641 of 24 November 2011 to extend and adapt active solidarity income to the Department of Mayotte;
In view of Decree No. 2011-2097 of 30 December 2011 on the extension and adaptation of active solidarity income to the Department of Mayotte;
Considering Decree No. 2014-1128 of 3 October 2014 revising the lump-sum amount of active solidarity income in Mayotte;
Having regard to the advice of Mayotte's General Council of 21 November 2014;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Family Allowance Fund dated 2 December 2014,
Decrete:
In Mayotte, the lump-sum amount referred to in 2° of Article L. 262-2 of the Code of Social Action and the families applicable to a single-person home is increased to €256,94 from the allowances due for the month of January 2015.
The Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights, the Minister of Overseas, the Secretary of State responsible for the budget and the Secretary of State responsible for persons with disabilities and the fight against exclusion are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
