Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women ' s Rights,
Considering the Public Health Code, including articles L. 6113-7 and L. 6113-8;
Considering the social security code, including articles L. 162-26-1 and R. 162-32;
Having regard to the amended decision of 31 December 2004 on the collection and processing of medical activity data from public or private health institutions with home hospitalization activity and the transmission of information from this treatment;
In light of the amended decision of 22 February 2008 on the collection and processing of medical activity data and related billing data, produced by public or private health institutions with an activity in medicine, surgery, obstetrics and odontology, and the transmission of information from this treatment under the conditions defined in section L. 6113-8 of the Public Health Code,

The above-mentioned decision of 31 December 2004 is amended to read:
I.-After Article 1 IV, the following provisions are deleted:
"Nota.-Order of February 18, 2010 (NOR: SASH1004949A) art. 2.-From the establishment of the regional health agencies referred to in article L. 1431-1 of the Public Health Code, the words: "regional hospital agencies" are replaced by the words: "regional health agencies". »
II.-Article 2 is amended as follows:
A.-The thirty-sixth paragraph of 2° I of Article 2 is replaced by the following provisions:
"the acts carried in the SPPs are coded according to the most recent update of the classification of acts in Appendix II to this Order. »
B.-Au V, after the second preambular paragraph, insert a subparagraph to read:
"- Type of establishment; "
III.-Article 3 is amended as follows:
A.-I is replaced by the following:
"I.-The main, associated and documentary care modes are coded according to the list provided by the methodological guide annexed to this Order. The Karnofsky index and the dependency on the activities of daily life are listed according to the grids provided by the methodological guide annexed to this Order. Diagnostics carried in the SPRs are coded according to the most recent update of the diagnostic classification in Appendix III to this Order. »
B.-In II, the words "MP" and "MA" are replaced by the words "MPP" and "MPA".
C.-In the first paragraph of III, the words: "The list of homogeneous authorized care groups is contained in Appendix C of the methodological guide annexed to this Order" are replaced by the words: "The list of homogeneous authorized care groups is included in the methodological guide annexed to this Order. »
D.-In the second paragraph of the III, the words: "Every sub-sequence summary is grouped into a homogeneous group of tariffs as listed and defined in Appendix E of the methodological guide annexed to this Order. "Each sub-sequence summary is grouped into a homogeneous group of tariffs as listed and defined by the methodological guide annexed to this Order. »
IV.-In the fourth paragraph of Article 6, the words: "regional hospital agencies" are replaced by the words: "regional health agencies".
V.-Section 8 is replaced by the following provisions:


"Art. 8.-This Order contains three annexes:


"- Appendix I on the methodological guide to the production of standardized compendiums of home hospitalization, published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights under the reference number 2015-7 bis;
"- Appendix II on the common classification of descriptive medical acts known for use PMSI published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights under reference No. 2015-8 bis;
"-Appendix III on the Tenth Review of the International Classification of Diseases CIM-10 known for use PMSI published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights under reference No. 2015-9 bis. »


VI.-A Article 9, the words: "Hospitalization and the organization of care in the Ministry of Solidarity, Health and the Family" are replaced by the words: "General of the care offer of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights".
VII.-After Article 9, the annexed item is deleted.

The above decision of February 22, 2008 is amended to read:
I.-Article 1 is deleted.
II.-The I of Article 3 is amended as follows:
A.-The 4th is replaced by the following:
« 4° The benefits do not require the patient's hospitalization, referred to in 2°, 4°, 5° and 6° of article R. 162-32 of the Social Security Code. These include care provided in services and emergency care and treatment units, care requiring the use of small-scale surgery or capital equipment, care requiring the use of a hospital environment, and care that requires the administration of products and services in hospitals; "
B.-The 6th is replaced by the following:
« 6° The external acts and consultations referred to in Article L. 162-26 and Article L. 162-26-1 of the Social Security Code. »
III.-Article 4 I is amended as follows:
A.-The fifth preambular paragraph is replaced by the following:
"The diagnostics carried in the UM are coded according to the most recent update of the diagnostic classification contained in Appendix III to this Order in accordance with the coding instructions given in the guide referred to in V to this Article. »
B.-The sixth preambular paragraph is replaced by the following:
"The acts carried in the UM are coded according to the most recent update of the classification of acts in Appendix IV to this Order. »
IV.-Section 10 is replaced by the following provisions:


"Art. 10.-This Order contains four annexes:


"- Appendix I on the handbook of homogeneous groups of sick, published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights under reference No. 2015-5 bis;
"- Appendix II on the methodological guide to the production of information relating to medical activity and its billing in medicine, surgery, obstetrics and odontology, published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights under the reference 2015-6 bis;
"-Appendix III on the tenth revision of the International Classification of Diseases CIM-10 for use PMSI published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights under reference No. 2015-9 bis;
"- Appendix IV on the common classification of descriptive medical acts known for use PMSI published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights under reference No. 2015-8 bis. »


V.-It is created an article 11 as follows:


"Art. 11.-The Director General of Care Supply of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic. »


VI.- Annexes I, II and III are deleted.

The Director General of Care Supply of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
