Key Benefits:

Notice: This decree draws the consequences of the statutory reform for midwives of the hospital public service for the award of the specific bonus to certain agents. The staff concerned are entitled to this award in the same manner as previously.

On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women ' s Rights,
In light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the public hospital service;
Having regard to amended Decree No. 88-1083 of 30 November 1988 on the award of a specific premium to certain agents;
In view of Decree No. 2014-1585 of 23 December 2014 on the special status of midwives in hospitals of the public hospital;
In view of Decree No. 2014-1586 of 23 December 2014 on the conditions of appointment and advancement in the functional positions of Maieutic Coordinator of certain establishments referred to in Article 2 of Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service,
Decrete:
Article 1 of the above-mentioned decree of 30 November 1988 is thus written:
"Art. 1.-The incumbents and interns listed below, active in the establishments referred to in section 2 of the above-mentioned Act of 9 January 1986, receive a specific monthly allowance, the amount of which is determined by joint decree of the Ministers responsible for Health, Public Service and Budget:
« 1° Staff members and interns belonging to the bodies governed by the aforementioned decree of 30 November 1988;
"2° Service personnel and interns belonging to the body governed by Decree No. 2010-1139 of 29 September 2010 amended with special status of the nursing corps in general and specialized care of the public hospital service;
"3° Service staff and trainees belonging to the midwives of hospitals governed by Decree No. 2014-1585 of 23 December 2014 on the special status of midwives in hospitals of the public hospital;
"4° Officials governed by Decree No. 23 December 2014 of 2014-1586 on the conditions of appointment and advancement in the functional positions of Maieutic Coordinator of certain establishments referred to in Article 2 of Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986, with statutory provisions relating to the public hospital service;
"5° Civil servants and trainees mentioned in the 1st of Article 1 of Decree No. 2001-1375 of 31 December 2001 amended bearing the special status of the body of the health care executives of the public hospital service;
"6° Civil servants and trainees mentioned at the 1st of Article 1 of Decree No. 2012-1466 of 26 December 2012 bearing special status of the body of paramedical health executives of the public hospital service. »
The Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights, the Minister of Decentralization and the Public Service and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
