Key Benefits:
The public concerned: midwives of hospitals in the hospital public service and Maieutic coordinators established in certain establishments referred to in section 2 of Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service.
Purpose: Indiciary boundaries specific to the midwives of hospitals in the hospital public service and functional jobs as a Maieutic coordinator.
Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after its publication.
Notice: The purpose of this decree is to assign to the midwives of hospitals and to the Maieutic coordinators on functional employment a re-evaluation and restructuring of their career development. Indiciary grids allow for an evolution in the organization of the profession in health institutions. Indiciary boundaries take into account the medical responsibilities of midwives.

In light of amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with amended Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the public hospital service;
In view of Decree No. 2014-1585 of 23 December 2014 on the special status of midwives in hospitals of the public hospital;
In view of Decree No. 2014-1586 of 23 December 2014 on the conditions of appointment and advancement in the functional positions of Maieutic Coordinator of certain establishments referred to in Article 2 of Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service,
Decrete:
The indiciary classification applicable to the midwives of hospital hospitals is as follows:

| Second grade | 620-966 |
The indiciary classification applicable to the functional jobs referred to in Article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree of 23 December 2014 is fixed as follows:

Decree No. 2002-38 of 8 January 2002 on the indiciary classification for midwives of the hospital public service and Decree No. 2003-861 of 4 September 2003 on the indiciary classification of midwives school directors of the hospital public service are repealed.
The Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights, the Minister of Decentralization and the Public Service and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
