In view of the decision of 28 June 2007 on the creation of an automated processing of individual information relating to the SRCV system "Statistics on household resources and living conditions";
Considering the 2015X019EC visa granted to the secondary module by the Minister of Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs to the "Resources and Living Conditions" survey on social and cultural participation and material deprivation and giving it the mandatory character;
Considering the general interest label No. 413/Label/L201 of the label committee dated 7 July 2014;
Considering the receipt of the National Commission on Informatics and Freedoms of 13 November 2014,
Stop:
It is created at the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies an automated processing of personal data relating to a mandatory survey complementary to the "Resources and Living Conditions" system implemented by the aforementioned decision of 28 June 2007 concerning social and cultural participation and material deprivation.
The collection will take place in May and June 2015 from 14,000 households surveyed as part of the "Resources and Living Conditions Statistics" survey.
The investigation meets the request of the aforementioned European Regulation of 27 January 2014 and aims to assess social and cultural participation and material deprivation.
The categories of information covered include participation in cultural or sporting events, the practice of artistic activity, relations with relatives, volunteerism and material deprivation.
The Archives de France are recipients of the individual information collected identifying the persons surveyed, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 212-4 of the Heritage Code.
The National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies will disseminate individual data files that do not allow any direct or indirect identification of surveyed persons.
Under the conditions set out inArticle 6 of Act No. 51-711 of 7 June 1951 referred to above, individual information derived from the treatment referred to in Article 1 for the identification of persons investigated may be disclosed, by decision of the administration of the archives made after the advice of the Statistical Secret Committee, for public statistics or scientific or historical research.
The rights of access and rectification provided by the articles 39 and 40 Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, applies to the regional branches of the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies.
In accordance withArticle 3 of the Act of 7 June 1951 referred to abovepersons are required to respond accurately and within the time constraints of this investigation.
The Director General of the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
