Notice: This Order specifies the terms and conditions for determining the deductible on the costs of medicines covered by health insurance. Thus, the basic amount for the calculation of benefits includes the selling price of the drug and the amount of the exemption fee.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women ' s Rights,
Vu le Social Security Codeincluding articles L. 162-16-1 and L. 322-2;
Having regard to the advice of the National Health Insurance Union Board of 3 July 2014;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of the National Health Insurance Fund for Employees dated 8 July 2014;
Considering the opinion of the Labour Accidents and Occupational Diseases Commission dated 9 July 2014;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of the Central Fund for Agricultural Mutuality dated 3 July 2014,
Decrete:
In article D. 322-5 of the Social Security Code, the words: "the drugs mentioned in the 1st of the said III" are replaced by the words: "the costs of acquiring the drugs mentioned in the 1st of the said III, including the medicine and the dispensation fee provided for in article L. 162-16-1 in this section".
The Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
