Notice: This Order sets out the limits in which the National Union of Health Insurance Funds (UNCAM) sets out the rates of participation of the insured at the costs of dispensation fees due to pharmacists for the issuance of drugs. These limits will be identical to those for the participation of insured persons in the drug fees themselves.

Vu le Social Security Codeincluding articles L. 162-16-1 and L. 322-2;
Having regard to the advice of the National Health Insurance Union Board of 3 July 2014;
Considering the advice of the Board of the Central Fund for Agricultural Mutuality of 3 July 2014;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of the National Health Insurance Fund for Employees dated 8 July 2014;
Considering the opinion of the Labour Accidents and Occupational Diseases Commission dated 9 July 2014;
The State Council (Social Section) heard,
Decrete:
The 6th, 7th and 14th of Article R. 322-1 of the Social Security Code are supplemented by the words: ", as well as for the dispensation fee set out in the 7th of Article L. 162-16-1 and related thereto".
Aunt first paragraph of Article R. 322-2 of the Social Security Code, between the words "as well as" and the words: "for medical biology examination fees" are inserted the words: "for the dispensation fee set out in the 7th of Article L. 162-16-1 related to these drugs. It is also deleted."
The Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
