Decision No. 2014-13 of November 19, 2014 of the Director of the National Solidarity Fund for Self-Government, distributing in the 2014 fiscal year the credits of the Real Property Assistance Plan provided for in Article L. 14-10-9 of the Code of Social Action and Families

In view of the June 24, 2014 interdepartmental order setting for the year 2014 the terms and conditions of use and the amount of credits for the financing of real estate investment transactions provided for in theArticle L.14-10-9 of the Code of Social Action and Families,
Decides:

Article 1

The credits referred to in Article 6 of the above-mentioned decision of 24 June shall be determined by a commitment authority in accordance with the table annexed to this decision.
Payment credits for commitment authorizations will be paid to maturity in 2017 in accordance with the column mentioned in this annex.

Article 2

Any or part of the balance of the remaining credits to be delegated pursuant to the above-mentioned decision of June 24, 2014 may, where applicable, be subject to further notification by the end of fiscal year 2014 with respect to the information provided to the CNSA.

Article 3

This decision will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
