In light of Commission Directive 2014/43/EU of 18 March 2014 amending Annexes I, II and III to Directive 2000/25/EC of the European Parliament and the Council on measures to be taken against emissions of pollutant gases and particulate matter from engines intended for the propulsion of agricultural or forestry tractors;
In light of Commission Directive 2014/44/EU of 18 March 2014 amending Annexes I, II and III to Directive 2003/37/EC of the European Parliament and the Council concerning the type-approval of agricultural or forestry tractors, their trailers and their interchangeable machinery and the systems, components and technical entities of these vehicles;

Having regard to the amended decision of 22 November 2005 on the reception of agricultural or forestry tractors and their technical systems, components and entities;

In Articles 1, 3, 4.5,7,8 and 12, the expression "of Directive 2003/37/EC" is supplemented by the expression "amended by Directive 2014/44/EU".
In Appendix 1 of the amended 22 November 2005 order referred to above, the fourth column of line number 23.1 is supplemented by the expression "amended by Directive 2014/43/EU".
In Appendix 2 of the amended 22 November 2005 order referred to above, the fourth column of line number 23.1 is supplemented by the expression "amended by Directive 2014/43/EU".
This Order comes into force on the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
The Director General of Energy and Climate at the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy and the Director of Financial, Social and Logistics Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
