Decision of 6 November 2014 establishing by the National Military Social Security Fund an automated processing of personal data relating to the implementation of a teleservice called "TDSHF treatment of care records outside France"

Vu le Social Security Codeincluding articles R. 115-1 and R. 115-2;
Vu la Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 modified in relation to computing, files and freedoms, including article 27-II;
Considering the referral of the National Commission on Informatics and Freedoms dated 6 August 2014,
Decides:

Article 1


It is created at the National Military Social Security Fund (CNMSS) an automated processing of personal data which aims to make available, on its website www.cnmss.fr, a teleservice, called "TDSHF, treatment of care records outside of France", allowing the dematerialization of care records for active military personnel affected outside of France and their families, and the reduction of the delivery times and the reduction of insurance and

Article 2


The categories of personal data and information recorded in the treatment of insured persons are:


- name, first name;
- civility;
- date of birth;
- NIR;
- country of assignment;
- e-mail address.

Article 3


The personal data and data recorded in the processing are kept for five years.

Article 4


All or part of the personal data and information strictly necessary for their mission, within the limits of their respective responsibilities and the need to know them, shall be the duly authorized staff of the National Military Social Security Fund.

The right of opposition provided forArticle 38 of the Act of 6 January 1978 referred to above does not apply to the treatment authorized by this decision.

The rights of access and rectification provided for in the articles 39 and 40 the law of 6 January 1978 referred to above shall be exercised with the director of the National Military Social Security Fund.

Article 7


The Director of the National Military Social Security Fund is responsible for the execution of this decision, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
