The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:

Single article

Is authorized to ratify the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, signed in New York on 11 December 2012, and annexed to this Act (2).

This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
