EXTRAITS DE LA CONVENTION CONSTITUTIVE MODIFICATIVE DU GROUPEMENT D'INTÉRÊT PUBLIC « CANCÉROPÔLE NORD-OUEST »
1. Name of grouping
The name of the group is "Northwest Canceropôle".
2. Purpose of the group
The public interest group "Cancerpole Nord-Ouest" is created to federate all the actors of the North-West interregion, including the North - Pas-de-Calais, Picardy, Haute-Normandie and Basse-Normandie, involved in fundamental and clinical research in cancer, as well as to boost and better coordinate the research activity of the members of the highest group.
In this context, the task of the group is to:
- allow its members to carry out research and technological development activities in cancer;
- managing the resources of common interest needed to develop these activities.
3. Identity of its members
Amiens-Picardie University Hospital.
Caen University Hospital.
The University Hospital Centre of Lille.
The University Hospital of Rouen-Hôpitaux de Rouen.
The François Baclesse Centre.
The Henri Becquerel Center.
The Oscar Lambret centre.
The National Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM).
The National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS).
Lille II University - Law and Health.

4. Address of the grouping seat
The headquarters of the group is set at 6, rue du Professeur-Laguesse, CS50027, 59045 Lille Cedex.
5. Duration of the convention
The IPF was established for a term of nine years from 28 August 2008, the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the notice relating to the decision to approve its constituent agreement.
6. Accounting system
IPF accounting is maintained and managed under private law.
7. Staff
Subject to the provisions relating to the general status of the public service, the staff of the group and its director shall be subject to the provisions of Labour code.
8. Rules of liability of members between them and with respect to third parties
In their relations with each other, the members are held obligations of the group in the same proportions as those of their statutory rights, unless otherwise agreed by the members present or represented at the General Assembly.
In their relations with third parties, members are not in solidarity. They are responsible for group debts due to their contribution to group charges.
9. Composition of capital and distribution of votes in the legislative organs of the group
The grouping is constituted without capital.
The number of votes attributed to each of the IPF members, legal persons, during the votes to the General Assembly, is proportional to its statutory rights as defined below:
