Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after publication.
Notice: the decree reconstructs, for the 2014-2015 school year, the modalities for calculating and disbursing the support of the start-up fund for the reform of school rhythms in the first degree set up in the year 2013. In particular, the decree provides that:
- municipalities whose schools implement the distribution of teachings over nine half-days a week in the fall of 2014 will benefit from the lump-sum amount of the fund's assistance, the payment of which was originally planned only for the 2013-2014 school year;
- the municipalities whose schools have implemented the new organization of the school week since the beginning of the year 2013 will receive a second payment of the lump sum of the aid, contrary to what was envisaged in the Decree No. 2013-705 of 2 August 2013 in his initial writing.
The terms and conditions for the award of the lump sum increase in the funds' aids remain unchanged.

Vu le Decree No. 2009-340 of 27 March 2009 the Agency for Services and Payments to the National Establishment of Agriculture and Sea Products and the Office for the Development of the Overseas Agricultural Economy;
Vu le Decree No. 2013-705 of 2 August 2013 carrying application of theArticle 67 of Act No. 2013-595 of 8 July 2013 orientation and programming for the rebuilding of the school of the Republic;
The State Council (inland section) heard,
Decrete:
The above-mentioned decree of 2 August 2013 is amended in accordance with the provisions of articles 2 to 5 of this decree.
In section 1, the words "for school years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015" are deleted.
The third paragraph of section 2 is replaced by the following provisions:
"The number of eligible students mentioned in the preceding paragraph is estimated at 15 October of the school year for which the aids provided under 1° and 1° are paid 2° of Article 67 of the Act of 8 July 2013 referred to above. »
Section 3 is replaced by the following:
"Art. 3.- For each school year, are eligible for the lump sum increase provided by the 2° of Article 67 of the Act of 8 July 2013 referred to above the municipalities that have benefited, under the current fiscal year at the school year or the previous fiscal year, from one of the allocations mentioned in the sections L. 2334-18-4 and L. 2334-22-1 the general code of the territorial authorities or the one mentioned in the fourth paragraph of Article L. 2334-13, as well as the community of Saint-Martin. »
Section 4 is amended as follows:
1° The first paragraph is replaced by the following:
"Communities shall send to the competent regional delegation of the Service and Payment Agency their request for the payment of the Fund's assistance no later than 30 November of the school year for which they seek such assistance. The contracted private schools management organizations shall, by 31 October of that same school year, apply to the Academic Director of National Education Services. » ;
2° The second paragraph is supplemented by a sentence as follows:
"The one addressed by the management agencies of private schools under contract includes a description of the selected school organization to assess eligibility for the funds' aids. » ;
3° In the third paragraph, the words: "For each of the two school years referred to in Article 1 of this Decree" are replaced by the words: "For each school year".
The Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research, the Minister of Finance and Public Accounts and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
