It is created with the Director General of the Public Institution of the Dorée Door a committee of proximity to public establishment.
The number of staff representatives in the technical committee referred to in section 1 is determined as follows:
4 incumbent representatives;
4 alternate representatives.
When the staff in the establishment for which the technical committee is constituted are less than or equal to 100 officers, the staff representatives shall be elected by acronym.
Implementation provisions of Article 35 (1°) of the decree of February 15, 2011 referred to above and without prejudice to the application of section 1 of this Order, the Technical Committee of the Ministry of Culture is competent for the examination of matters common to public institutions under guardianship of the Minister for Culture, including the administrative public institution referred to in section 1 of this Order.
The vote takes place in the urn and under envelope and by correspondence.
In particular, officers who do not exercise their duties at the headquarters of a polling division or polling station are entitled to vote by correspondence, on regular, parental, sickness, paternity, maternity, parental presence, in a position of absence regularly authorized or remote from the service for professional reasons, as well as those who are unable to take part in the direct vote as a result of service requirements.
However, they have the right to vote directly in the voting section to which they are attached.
In this case, direct voting prevails when the elector uses both procedures.
It is established with the Director General of the Public Institution of the Dorée Door a committee of hygiene, security and working conditions of public establishment.
In accordance with Article 37 of the above-mentioned Decree of 28 May 1982, this established committee shall assist the technical committee of the institution referred to in Article 1.
The number of staff representatives in the hygiene, safety and working conditions committee referred to in section 6 is determined as follows:
4 incumbent representatives;
4 alternate representatives.
Pursuant to the provisions of section 49 (1°) of the Decree of 28 May 1982 referred to above and without prejudice to the application of section 6 of this Order, the Committee of Hygiene, Safety and Conditions of Work of the Ministry of Culture is competent for the examination of matters common to public institutions under the supervision of the Minister responsible for culture, including the public administrative establishment referred to in section 1 of this Order.
Transitional and other provisions
This order applies for the professional elections of 4 December 2014.
The Order of December 18, 2009 establishing the Joint Technical Committees of the Ministry of Culture and the Order of December 18, 2009 establishing the Hygiene and Safety Committees with the Joint Technical Committees of the Ministry of Culture, as they relate to the bodies of the public establishment of the Dorée Gate, are repealed at the end of the mandates in the proceedings governed by these texts.
The Minister of Culture and Communications is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
