The external and internal competitive examinations for the rank of technician are open in the following specialties:
- veterinary and food;
- agricultural technology and economy.
Professional examination for recruitment in the rank of technician is open in the following specialties:
- veterinary and food;
- agricultural technology and economy;
- rural forests and territories.
The external and internal competitions for recruitment in the rank of senior technician are open in the following specialties:
- veterinary and food;
- agricultural technology and economy;
- rural forests and territories.
The total number of places offered for these competitions and this professional examination will be determined later.
Candidates who hold a bachelor's degree or a degree classified at least level IV, or a qualification recognized as equivalent to one of these titles or diplomas under the conditions set by the decree of February 13, 2007 on the equivalents of diplomas required to compete in the competitions for access to the bodies and employment frameworks of the public service.
Can apply to the internal competitive examination for recruitment in the rank of technician:
- officials and officials of the State, the territorial authorities and the public institutions that depend on it, the officials of the hospital public service and the military. Interested persons must be on the date of written examinations, 3 February 2015, in the position of activity, detachment or parental leave;
- agents of intergovernmental organizations serving on the closing date of registration, 27 November 2014;
Can apply to the professional examination for the recruitment in the rank of technician the officials belonging to a class body C is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture or assigned to the Ministry or its public institutions and justifying seven years of public service as of January 1, 2015.
Candidates who hold a title or diploma for two years of training classified at least level III, or a qualification recognized as equivalent to one of these titles or diplomas under the conditions set by the decree of February 13, 2007 mentioned above, may apply to the external competitive examination for recruitment in the rank of senior technician.
Can apply to the internal competitive examination for recruitment in the rank of senior technician:
- officials and officials of the State, the territorial authorities and the public institutions that depend on it, the officials of the hospital public service and the military. Interested persons must be on the date of written examinations, 3 February 2015, in the position of activity, detachment or parental leave;

All candidates for internal competitive examinations for recruitment in the ranks of senior technician and technician must justify, as of January 1, 2015, four years of public service.
The application will be prepared by pre-registration on the website: www.concours.agriculture.gouv.fr from October 9, 2014 and until November 13, 2014.
In the event of non-use of the internet, applications for registration files will be addressed to the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, General Secretariat, Human Resources Service, SDDPRS, Competition Bureau and Professional Examinations, 78, rue de Varenne, 75349 Paris 07 SP.
Candidates must indicate the specialty for which they intend to compete. The choice of specialty is unique.
Each candidate will receive a pre-registration sheet with an administrative (internal and professional) print.
This pre-registration form must be returned, validated and signed by the candidate for the last 27 November 2014 (the stamp of the position being held).
Any candidate who would not receive these documents within the days of his or her pre-registration should be concerned with the competition and examinations listed below.
The written examinations and examinations will take place on 3 February 2015, in the following centres: Ajaccio, Amiens, Bordeaux, Cachan, Dijon, Lyon, Montpellier, Rennes, Toulouse. Centres will also be opened in overseas departments and communities based on nominations.
Candidates who have been declared eligible at the end of the written test will have to send their presentation file (external competition) or their record of recognition of their professional experience (internal competition and professional examination) no later than April 14, 2015 (the record of the position being held).

The oral admission test will take place from 18 May 2015, in Paris.
