By order of the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, Government Spokesperson, dated October 1, 2014, regardless of the statutory and regulatory provisions relating to reserved employment, beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims, and legislative and regulatory provisions authorizing the contractual recruitment of the beneficiaries of the employment obligation referred to in section 27 of the amended Act of 11 January 1984 relating to the public service of the State, is authorized, under 2015, the opening of an external competition and an internal competition for the recruitment of superior technicians of the ministry responsible for agriculture (recruitment in the rank of technician).
The external and internal competitions are open in the following three specialties:
- veterinary and food;
- agricultural technology and economy;
- rural forests and territories.
The total number of places offered will be fixed later.
Telematic pre-registrations will be made via the Internet at www.concours.agriculture.gouv.fr, starting October 9, 2014.
In the event of non-use of the internet, applications for registration files will be addressed to the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, General Secretariat, Human Resources Service, SDDPRS, Competition Bureau and Professional Examinations, 78, rue de Varenne, 75349 Paris 07 SP.
The deadline for telematic pre-registration or withdrawal of paper files is 13 November 2014.
The deadline for return of registration confirmations is 27 November 2014 (the stamp of the position being held).
Written tests will take place on 3 February 2015 in the centres opened in the national territory.
The deadline for the filing of submissions (external competition) and the recognition of professional experience (internal competition) is April 14, 2015.
Oral events will take place in Paris, starting May 18, 2015.
The composition of the jury and the list of candidates admitted to compete will be the subject of an order by the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, spokesperson for the Government.
