In view of the order of 12 February 1991 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement National of 8 October 1990 concerning the workers employed by the undertakings in the building covered by the decree of 1 March 1962 amended (i.e. occupying up to ten employees) and texts which have supplemented or amended it;
In the light of the decree of 8 February 1991 and the successive orders extending the national collective agreement of 8 October 1990 concerning the Workers employed by the construction companies not covered by the modified decree of 1 March 1962 (i.e. occupying more than ten employees) and texts that have completed or amended it;
Given the regional agreement (Pays de la Loire) of 4 February 2014 Concerning minimum wages, concluded in the framework of collective agreements
Given the request for extension by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 4 July 2014;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the Commission National collective bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements) collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in article R. 2261-5 of the job code,
Stop:

Item 1 Article 2

The extension of the effects and sanctions of the above agreement shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining duration and the conditions laid down by the said Agreement.

Article 3

The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Director of Financial, Social and Logistical Affairs Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forest is responsible for the execution of this Order, each of which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
