Having regard to the Commission's Directive 2014/78/EU of 17 June 2014 amending Appendices I, II, III, IV and V of Council Directive 2000/29/EC on measures to protect against the introduction in the Community of pests to plants or plant products and their spread within the Community;
In light of the Commission's Directive 2014/83/EU of 25 June 2014 amending Annexes I, II, III, IV, and V of Council Directive 2000/29/EC on measures to protect against the introduction in the Community of pests to plants or plant products and their spread within the Community;
Vu le Rural Code and Maritime Fishingincluding articles L. 251-12 and D. 251-3;
Vu le Customs Codeincluding article 38;
Based on the May 24, 2006 Health Requirements for Plants, Plants and Other Objects,
Stop:
Annex I to the above-mentioned decision of May 24, 2006 is amended as follows:
1° Chapter I of Part A is replaced by the following:
"Damest organisms referred to in Annex I, Part A, Chapter I, of Directive 2000/29/EC of 8 May 2000 in its drafting from Directive 2014/78/EU of the Commission of 17 June 2014. »
2° Chapter II of Part A is replaced by the following:
"Pamest organisms referred to in Annex I, Part A, Chapter II, of Directive 2000/29/EC of 8 May 2000 in its drafting by Directive 2014/78/EU of the Commission of 17 June 2014. »
3° Part B is replaced by the following:
"Damest organisms referred to in Annex I, Part B, of Directive 2000/29/EC of 8 May 2000 in its drafting from the EU Directive 2014/83/EU of the Commission of 25 June 2014. »
Annex II to the above-mentioned decision of 24 May 2006 is amended as follows:
1° Chapter I of Part A is replaced by the following:
"Pamest organisms referred to in Chapter I of Part A of Annex II to Directive 2000/29/EC of 8 May 2000 in its drafting from the Directive 2014/78/EU of the Commission of 17 June 2014. »
2° Chapter II of Part A is replaced by the following:
"Pamest organisms referred to in Chapter II of Part A of Annex II to Directive 2000/29/EC of 8 May 2000 in its drafting from the Directive 2014/83/EU of the Commission of 25 June 2014. »
3° Part B of Schedule II to the above-mentioned Order dated 24 May 2006 is replaced by the following provisions:
"Damest organisms referred to in Part B of Annex II to Directive 2000/29/EC of 8 May 2000 in its drafting from the EU Directive 2014/83/EU of the Commission of 25 June 2014. »
Part B of Schedule III of the above-mentioned Order dated 24 May 2006 is replaced by the following:
"Vegetals, plant products and other objects referred to in Part B of Annex III to Directive 2000/29/EC of 8 May 2000 in its drafting from the Directive 2014/83/EU of the Commission of 25 June 2014. »
Annex IV to the above-mentioned decision of 24 May 2006 is amended as follows:
1° Chapter I of Part A is replaced by the following:
"Vegetals, plant products and other objects referred to in Chapter I of Part A of Annex IV to Directive 2000/29/EC of 8 May 2000 in its drafting from the Directive 2014/83/EU of the Commission of 25 June 2014. »
2° Chapter II of Part A is replaced by the following:
"Vegetals, plant products and other objects referred to in chapter II of Part A of Annex IV of Directive 2000/29/EC of 8 May 2000 in its drafting from the Directive 2014/83/EU of the Commission of 25 June 2014. »
3° Part B is replaced by the following:
"Vegetals, plant products and other objects referred to in Part B of Annex IV to Directive 2000/29/EC of 8 May 2000 in its drafting from the Directive 2014/78/EU of the Commission of 17 June 2014 and the Directive 2014/83/EU of the Commission of 25 June 2014. »
Appendix V to the above-mentioned decision of 24 May 2006 is amended as follows:
1° Part A is replaced by the following:
"Vegetals, plant products and other objects referred to in Part A of Annex V to Directive 2000/29/EC of 8 May 2000 in its drafting from the Directive 2014/83/EU of the Commission of 25 June 2014. »
2° Part B is replaced by the following:
"Vegetals, plant products and other objects referred to in Part B of Annex V to Directive 2000/29/EC of 8 May 2000 in its drafting from the Directive 2014/83/EU of the Commission of 25 June 2014. »
This Order comes into force on 1 October 2014.
The present order will be issued in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
