Decree No. 2014-1020 of September 8, 2014 repealing Decree No. 2010-952 of August 24, 2010 setting for teachers of the first and second degrees and education staff the conditions of pay for the reception and accompaniment of students destining to the professions of education and education

Notice: This decree repeals the decree on the remuneration of teachers of the first and second degrees and education staff responsible for the tutoring of students destining to the professions of education and education.

The Decree No. 2010-952 of 24 August 2010 fixing for teachers of the first and second grades and education staff the conditions of pay for the reception and accompaniment of students destining to the professions of education and education is repealed effective September 1, 2014.

The Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research, the Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Decentralization and the Public Service and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible, each with regard to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
