By order of the Minister of the Interior dated 20 August 2014, regardless of the legislative and regulatory provisions relating to employment reserved to beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims and the legislative and regulatory provisions authorizing the contractual recruitment of beneficiaries of the employment obligation referred to in section 27 of Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984, is authorized under the year 2015 to open the external and internal competitions for the recruitment of the road safety inspectors
The positions offered to the contests are located exclusively in Ile-de-France.
Their number will be determined later by ministerial order.
The application is made, at the choice of the candidate, by electronic means or by post.
1. Electronic registration
It must be carried out on the website of the Ministry of Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr under the heading "Le ministère recrute - Administration - Filière permis de conduite et sécuritéroute - Schedule des concours et inscriptions".
The closing date for electronic registration is Wednesday, 15 October 2014, at 12 p.m. (Paris time), term of rigor.
In order for the candidate to be considered as valid, the candidate must:
- to validate its registration on the electronic service within the time limit;
- send the necessary supporting documentation to the selected examination centre.
The deadline for sending supporting documents is Friday, October 17, 2014, a term of rigor (the stamp of the position being held).
A certificate of registration will be sent to the candidate electronically.
2. Postal registration
2.1. Withdrawal of registration forms
The withdrawal of registration forms is made at the candidate's choice by download or mail.
2.1.1. Download
On the website www.interieur.gouv.fr under the heading "Le ministère recrute - Administration - Filière services techniques - Schedule des concours et inscriptions".
The deadline for withdrawal of registration forms by download is Friday, 17 October 2014, at 16:00 (Paris time), term of rigor.
2.1.2. By mail
By attaching an envelope (A4 format) to the current tariff for a letter of up to 100 g (recorded to the candidate's name and address) to the Ministry of Interior, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, contest pole (Manager 9), 27, les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes.
The deadline for the withdrawal of mailing registration forms is Friday, October 10, 2014, a term of rigor (the stamp of the post being held).
2.2. Procedures for transmitting registration files by mail
The candidate will have to send his registration file to the Ministry of the Interior, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, contest pole (Manager 9), 27, les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes.
This registration file will necessarily include:
- the completed, dated and signed professional examination registration form;
- any supporting documentation required;
- a self-adhesive envelope (standard format) freed at the current rate for a letter of up to 20 g (linked to the candidate's name and address).
The closing date for posting is Friday, 17 October 2014, a term of rigor (the stamp of the post being held).
Any incomplete or misreported file will be rejected.
The expected date of the written eligibility tests is Monday, December 15, 2014. These events will take place in Ile-de-France.
Admission tests will take place in Nevers (Nevers) from March 2 to 6, 2015 (forecast dates).
In preparation for the admission examinations, the declared eligible candidates will have to send to the Ministry of Interior, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, competitive pole (Manager 9), 27, Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes:
- a curriculum vitae of a maximum page;
- a self-adhesive envelope (standard format) freed at the current rate for a letter of up to 20 g (linked to the candidate's name and address).
The deadline for sending the curriculum vitae is Monday, February 9, 2015, a term of rigor (the stamp of the position being held).
The composition of the jury will be subject to a subsequent order by the Minister of Interior, which will be published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Interior.
