The Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Dialogue,
Seen job code, including its article L. 2261-15;
In view of the order of 28 March 1956 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement National du travail Mechanical du bois et des sawmills, du nigoce et de l' importation des bois, November 28, 1955 and the texts that supplemented or amended it;
In view of the Order of 28 April 1992 extending the agreement on the classifications of the Timber trade and import personnel of February 10, 1992, concluded In the framework of the above collective agreement;
In view of the amendment n ° 18 of 25 February 2014, concerning minimum wages, to the agreement of 10 February 1992;
In view of the request for extension by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion Published in the Official Journal of 28 June 2014;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure Expected at article R. 2261-5 of the job code,
Stop:

Item 1 provisions of article L. 2241-9 of the Labour Code , which provides that the annual wage negotiation is also intended to define and schedule measures to eliminate pay gaps between women and men.

Article 2

The extension of the effects and sanctions of the said rider shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remainder of the Conditions predicted by the said rider.

Article 3

The Director General of Work is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
