Given the regional agreement (Provence-Alpes-Côte d' Azur) of 9 January 2014 on minimum wages, concluded in the framework of the conventions National collective agreements referred to above;
Given the regional agreement (Provence-Alpes-Côte d' Azur) of 9 January 2014 on the penile premium, concluded in the framework of the aforementioned national collective agreements;
Given the regional agreement (Provence-Alpes-Côte d' Azur) of 9 January 2014 on allowances for small movements, concluded in the framework of the aforementioned national collective agreements;
Given the request for extension by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion Published in the Official Journal of April 19, 2014;
In view of the opinions gathered in the course The investigation;
Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in article R. 2261-5 of the job code,
Stop:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the professional scope of the national collective agreement of 8 October 1990 concerning the workers employed by the undertakings in the building referred to in the amended decree of 1 March 1962 (i.e. occupying up to ten employees), as supplemented by the amendment n ° 1 of 17 March 1992, and in that of the Convention National collective of 8 October 1990 concerning workers employed by undertakings in the building not covered by the decree of 1 March 1962 as amended (i.e. occupying more than ten employees), as extended by order of 8 February 1991, and in its Specific territorial scope, the provisions of:
-the regional agreement (Provence-Alpes-Côte d' Azur) of 9 January 2014 on minimum wages, concluded within the framework of the aforementioned national collective agreements;
-the regional agreement (Provence-Alpes-Côte d' Azur) of 9 January 2014, Relating to the penile premium, concluded within the framework of the abovementioned national collective agreements;
-the regional agreement (Provence-Alpes-Côte d' Azur) of 9 January 2014 concerning allowances for small movements, concluded within the framework of the Above national collective agreements.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the above agreements takes effect from the date of publication of this Order for the duration Remaining to be run and the conditions laid down in those agreements.
The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social dialogue and the Director of Financial, Social and Social Affairs The Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
