Having regard to the decision of 18 October 2011 on the establishment of a committee on hygiene, security and working conditions in each regional administration institute;
Considering the advice of the technical committee of the Bastia Regional Institute of Administration dated 14 May 2014;
Considering the advice of the technical committee of the Lille Regional Institute of Administration dated 15 May 2014;
Considering the advice of the technical committee of the Regional Institute of Administration of Lyon dated 14 May 2014;
Considering the advice of the technical committee of the Metz Regional Institute of Administration dated 21 May 2014;
Considering the advice of the technical committee of the Nantes Regional Institute of Administration dated 26 May 2014;
Considering the advice of the Joint Technical Committee to the Regional Institutes of Administration dated 10 June 2014,
Stop:
On 31 December 2014, he was terminated to the terms of reference of the staff of the technical committee and the hygiene, security and working conditions committee placed with the director of each of the following regional institutes of administration: Bastia, Lille, Lyon, Metz, Nantes.
It is terminated, under the same conditions, the terms of reference of the staff of the Joint Technical Committee to the Regional Institutes of Administration placed with the Director General of Administration and Public Service.
The term of office of new staff representatives in these proceedings begins on the date of the entry into force of the act appointing them and no later than 2 February 2015.
The Director General of the Administration and the Public Service and the directors of the Regional Institutes of Administration are responsible, each with regard to the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
