Describes:
Mr. René Roudaut, Minister Plenipotentiary Out of Class, Diplomatic Adviser to the Government, is appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Swiss Confederation, replacing Mr Michel Duclos, called to other functions.
The Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign affairs and international development are responsible, as far as they are concerned, for the application of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
