Subject: taken into account in the issuance of the professional bachelor's degree of mobility in a member country of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA) or the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).
Entry into force: the text comes into force from the 2015 Review Session.
Notice: the decree introduces the possibility for candidates for the professional bachelor's degree to perform part of the mandatory period of professional training in a company of a EU, EEA or EFTA member country. It also authorizes partial delegation of training to a vocational training institution in one of these countries.
In addition, the decree brings to two the number of optional units that can be submitted by candidates for examination.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research,
Vu le education codeincluding articles D. 337-51 to D. 337-94-1;
Considering the opinion of the inter-professional training of 23 September 2013;
Considering the opinion of the Higher Education Council of 14 November 2013;
Considering the opinion of the National Council for Agricultural Education of 13 December 2013;
Having regard to the advice of the specialized Maritime Vocational Training Committee dated January 28, 2014,
Decrete:
After the first paragraph of Article D. 337-54 of the Education Code, it is inserted a paragraph as follows:
"These periods of training may be carried out partly as part of a mobility carried out in a Member State of the European Union, the European Economic Area or the European Free Trade Association. »
In the last paragraph of article D. 337-55 of the same code, after the word "distance", the words "or, for part, in vocational training institutions of the Member States of the European Union, the European Economic Area or the European Free Trade Association".
Article D. 337-64 of the same code is amended as follows:
1° In the first paragraph, after the word: "weeks", the words are inserted: ", of which one third of them in the context of the mobility referred to in Article D. 337-54",
2° It is added a paragraph to read:
"For bachelor's specialties in the field of marine professional, the duration of the training period in the context of the mobility referred to in the first paragraph may be modified by order of the minister responsible for the sea. »
The 1st of Article D. 337-69 of the same code is amended as follows:
1° In the first paragraph, the words: "an optional test" are replaced by the words: "two optional tests";
2° In the third paragraph, the words "a chosen unit" are replaced by the words "one or two selected units".
This Order comes into force from the 2015 Review Session.
The Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, the Minister of National Education, Higher Education and Research, the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, spokesperson for the Government, and the Secretary of State for Transport, the Sea and Fisheries are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the French Republic.
