On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development,
In view of the Constitution, including its Section 13;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Describes:

Item 1

M. Jean-Claude Poimboeuf, Minister Plenipotentiary of 2nd Class, in office at Headquarters, is appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Kingdom of Cambodia, replacing Mr Serge Mostura, called to other functions.

Article 2

The Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development are Responsible for the application of the This Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
