It is established with the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development a committee on hygiene, security and ministerial working conditions that have jurisdiction in the context of Title IV of Decree No. 82-453 of 28 May 1982 to find out all questions about the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Development's entire services.
The Hygiene, Safety and Ministerial Working Committee established pursuant to Article 1 provides its assistance to the ministerial technical committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development with competence in Title III of Decree No. 2011-184 of 15 February 2011 referred to above for all matters relating to the entire department's services.
The composition of this committee shall be as follows:
(a) Administration representatives:
the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development or his representative;
the Director of Human Resources or his representative;
(b) Staff representatives: seven incumbent members and seven alternate members;
(c) Prevention physician, assistant or prevention counsellor;
(d) The occupational health and safety inspector.
The provisions of this Order come into force following the elections scheduled for 4 December 2014 for the general renewal of public service representation bodies.
The Director General of Administration and Modernization is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
