In view of the Order of 10 December 1993 enabling the Minister of Foreign Affairs to establish revenue and advance authorities with certain cultural broadcast institutions or organizations, as amended by the Order of 19 December 2001, including Articles 4 and 5;
Having regard to the amended decision of 24 January 2011 repealing the amended orders of 3 March 1982 and 30 April 1999, setting out the list of institutions and institutions for cultural or educational dissemination with financial autonomy,

It is established with the French Institute of Ghana a revenue authority for the encumberment of the products referred to in Article 1 of the above-mentioned Order of 10 December 1993.
It is established with the French Institute of Ghana an advance board for the payment of the expenses referred to in Article 3 of the above-mentioned Order of 10 December 1993.
The amount of advance to be granted to the regulator is set at: Euro7,000.
The regulator is authorized to open a local bank or postal account. However, its opening into a currency other than the local currency or the euro must be subject to prior authorization from the general cash for the foreigner.
The maximum authorized amount of cash and the bank or postal account of the regulator is as follows:
Maximum amount of cash: 2,000 euros.
Maximum amount of the local bank or postal account: 9 000 euros.
The French ambassador to Ghana is responsible for the execution of this order, which will take effect on the date of the installation of the regulator and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
