Key Benefits:
The public concerned: beneficiaries of solidarity income residing in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
Purpose: Annual review of the lump-sum amount of solidarity income.
Entry into force: Revalorization takes effect on January 1, 2014 and applies on the basis of the allowances due for the month of January 2014.
Notice: the annual rate of revalorization of solidarity income, identical to that of the annual revalorization of the specific solidarity allowance, is 1.3 per cent, bringing the monthly amount of solidarity income from 500.64 euros to 507,15 euros.

Decrete:
The monthly amount of solidarity income in overseas departments, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon is increased to 507,15 euros as of January 1, 2014.
The Minister of Social Affairs and Health, the Minister of Overseas and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, responsible for persons with disabilities and the fight against exclusion, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
