Key Benefits:
By order of the Minister of the Interior dated February 27, 2014, is authorized under the year 2015 to open a professional examination for access to the rank of Senior Administrative Secretary of the Interior and Overseas.
This examination is open to the regular-class administrative secretaries of the interior and the overseas department, justifying, as of December 31, 2015, at least one year in the 4th step of the rank of the normal-class administrative secretary of the interior and the overseas department and at least three years of actual service in a body, job frame or job of category B or level.
The number of positions offered for review will be determined later by a ministerial order.
The application for admission to compete is made to the candidate's choice via telematics or by mail.
Telematic registration
It must be carried out on the website of the Ministry of Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr, under the heading "Our trades, administration, administrative sector, competition calendar and registration".
The closing date for telematic registration is Wednesday, 2 April 2014, at 12 o'clock (Paris time), term of rigor.
In order for the candidate to be considered as valid, the candidate must:
- to validate its registration on the telematic service within the time limit;
― send the necessary supporting documentation to the selected examination centre.
The deadline for sending supporting documents is Friday, April 4, 2014, the term of rigor, the stamp of the position being held.

Withdrawal of registration form
The withdrawal of the registration form is made to the candidate's choice by download or by mail or on-site.

On the website www.interieur.gouv.fr, "Our trades, administration, administrative sector, competition calendar and registrations". The deadline for withdrawal of registration forms by download is Friday, 4 April 2014, at 4 p.m. (Paris time).
By mail or on site:
By attaching an envelope (A4 format) to the applicable rate per 100 g (recorded to the candidate's name and address) or by withdrawal on site:
- for the metropolis (province): in the prefectures of the region (see annex);
― for the overseas: at prefectures and high stations (see annex);
― for Ile-de-France and for all: in the Ministry of Interior, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, pole contest, to the attention of Mme Françoise JEAN, 27, Cours des Petites-Ecuries, 77185 Lognes.
The deadline for withdrawal of on-site registration forms is Friday, 4 April 2014, at 4 p.m. (Paris time).
The deadline for the withdrawal of mailing registration forms is Friday, March 28, 2014, the stamp of the post being held.
Procedures for transmitting registration files by mail
The candidate will have to send his registration file to the selected examination centre. This registration file will necessarily include:
― the completed, dated and signed registration form;
– any supporting documentation required.
The closing date of the posting is fixed on Friday, 4 April 2014, the term of rigor, the stamp of the post being held.
Any incomplete or misreported file will be rejected.
The expected date of the written test is Tuesday, June 24, 2014. The written test will take place in the examination centres listed in the annex.
To the extent that at least one candidacy is registered, examination centres will be opened in the following overseas departments and communities: Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, French Polynesia, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Nouvelle-Calédonie.
