Order of February 4, 2014 on the indiciary level applicable to members of the body of socio-educational assistants of the hospital public service

Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended with statutory provisions for the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2014-101 of 4 February 2014 bearing special status of the body of socio-educational assistants of the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2014-105 of 4 February 2014 relating to the indiciary classification applicable to the body of socio-educational assistants of the hospital public service,

The indiciary scheduling applicable to the two grades of the body of the socio-educational assistants of the hospital public service is fixed and follows from the effective date of the Decree No. 2014-105 of 4 February 2014 referred to above :

The decision of March 26, 1993 on the indiciary scheduling of socio-educational assistants of the hospital public service is repealed.

The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for the budget, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
