Decree No. 2014-72 of 29 January 2014 amending Decree No. 2006-228 of 24 February 2006 establishing different pay scales for category C hospital officials and amending various decrees relating to the indiciary classification of category B of the hospital public service

Public officials concerned: staff of categories C and B of the public hospital service.
Purpose: Indiciary revalorization of salary scales for category C staff in the hospital public service.
Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after its publication.
Notice: the decree establishes the indiciary limits corresponding to the new indiciary grids applicable to hospital officials in category C. This revalorization will be followed by a second revalorization on January 1, 2015.
The decree also amends the indiciary limits applicable to the new statutory space of category B (NES), taking into account the indiciary revalorization of category C.

Vu le Public Health Code ;
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended with statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2006-228 of 24 February 2006 amended to establish different salary scales for category C hospital staff;
In view of Decree No. 2011-662 of 24 June 2011 on the indiciary classification of administrative personnel in category B of the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2011-745 of 27 June 2011 relative to the indiciary classification of the corps of hospital technicians and technicians;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-79 of 23 January 2012 relative to the indiciary classification of the corps of superior hospital technicians and technicians of the Public Hospital Assistance in Paris;
Considering the advice of the Higher Council of the Hospital Public Service dated 8 November 2013,
Decrete:
