Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after its publication.
Notice: First, the decree amends the organization of the careers of category C officers of the hospital public service, by increasing the number of levels, which is increased to 12 in grades with scales 4 and 5 of pay and to 9 in grades with scale 6. It also changes the duration in certain stages.
It then updates the classification procedures for category C staff accessing a category B body in the hospital public service, as a result of the redesign of the salary scales of category C. It also adjusts the durations of certain levels of the first and second grades of the bodies under the new category B (NES) statutory space to take into account the new career durations in category C bodies.

Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended with statutory provisions for the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2006-227 of 24 February 2006 modified on the organization of careers of Category C hospital staff;
Vu le Decree No. 2006-228 of 24 February 2006 establishing different salary scales for category C of hospital staff;
Vu le Decree No. 2011-661 of 14 June 2011 amended to include statutory provisions common to various staff members in category B of the public hospital service;
Vu le Decree No. 2011-746 of 27 June 2011 bearing the special statutes of the reeducation staff of category B of the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2011-748 of 27 June 2011 amended bearing the specific statutes of the medical-technical personnel of category B of the hospital public service;
Considering the advice of the Local Finance Committee (the Standards Assessment Advisory Board) dated November 7, 2013;
Considering the advice of the Higher Council of the Hospital Public Service of 8 November 2013;
The State Council (Section of Administration) heard,
Decrete:
In Article 1 of Decree No. 2006-227 of 24 February 2006, referred to above, the II and III are replaced by the following provisions:
“II. ― Grades classified in scale 3 of pay created by Decree No. 2006-228 of 24 February 2006 establishing different salary scales for category C of hospital staff comprise eleven levels.
Grades classified in scales 4 and 5 of remuneration created by the Decree No. 2006-228 of 24 February 2006 These include twelve steps.
Grades classified in scale 6 of pay created by the Decree No. 2006-228 of 24 February 2006 These include nine steps. »
Article 2 of Decree No. 2006-227 of 24 February 2006 referred to above is replaced by the following provisions:

II. ― Winners of professional examinations of access to grades of advancement of bodies governed by the decree of 14 June 2011, whose opening orders have been published before the date of entry into force of this decree, are classified in the rank of advancement taking into account the situation which would have been theirs if they had not ceased to raise, until the date of their promotion, the provisions of Chapter IV of the decree of June 14, 2011 referred to above, in its writing before this decree, and then if they had been reclassified, at the date of their promotion, of the articles 13.
The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the budget, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
