Key Benefits:
By order of the Minister of Culture and Communication dated 14 January 2014, is authorized the opening of a professionalized examination reserved for the access to the body of the technicians of the cultural services and the French normal-class buildings of the Ministry of Culture and Communication in the following specialties:
surveillance and reception;
maintenance of buildings and technical equipment;
– Buildings of France.
The number of positions offered will be set out in a subsequent order by the Minister of Culture and Communication.
Candidates who meet the conditions set out in the decree of May 3, 2012 will be required to register via the internet of January 23, 2014, from 12 o'clock in Paris, to February 13, 2014, at 17 o'clock in Paris, at the following address: http://concours.culture.gouv.fr.
Applicants will be able to modify the data from their file until the registration closing date. Any modification of the data contained in the file must be the subject of a new validation; the last demonstration of the candidate's will will be considered to be valid only.
In the event of an impossibility to register via the internet, applicants will be able to obtain a printed registration file, upon written request, prepared according to the model in the appendix. Requests for paper files and completed registration files must be sent by post to the inter-academic examination and examination service (SIEC), competition division (DEC 4), office G201, professionalised examination reserved "Sauvadet" of the technicians of the cultural services and buildings of France, 7, rue Ernest-Renan, 94 749 Arcueil Cedex :
– no later than February 13, 2014, before midnight, the stamp of the position making faith, by simple recommendation, for the request for paper registration;
– no later than February 20, 2014, before midnight, the stamp of the post making faith, by single mail, for the return of the completed registration file.
No application for a registration file or any file posted out of time will be considered.
In addition, candidates will send to the address indicated above, no later than 7 March 2014 before midnight, the stamp of the position being declared by single mail:
― the copy of the last letter received from the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Culture and Communication, whose purpose is the implementation of the Act No. 2012-347 of 12 March 2012 related to contractual agents, Part 2: Access to incumbent employment;
a document with photograph justifying their nationality;
• a cheque of €5 to the public treasury by registering name, first name and registration number on the back.
The oral event will take place from 26 May 2014 in the Paris region. Candidates will have to download their record of recognition of the achievements of the professional experience to the following address: http://concours.culture.gouv.fr and return it completed in typing form, in three copies, to the inter-academic examination and examination service (SIEC), competition division (DEC 4), office G201, 7, rue Ernest-Renan, 94749 Arcueil Cedex, no later than 7 April 2014, before midnight, the stamp of the position being believed.
These documents will only be forwarded to the jury subject to compliance with the deadline by the candidates.
The composition of the jury will be subject to a subsequent decision by the Minister of Culture and Communication.
