The opening of a professional examination for selection in the interdepartmental body of State administrative officers is authorized under the 2014 year.
This professional examination is open to administrative secretaries of the interior and overseas who, as of January 1, 2014, completed at least six years of public service in a body or frame of category B or equivalent jobs.
The number of professional examination positions will be determined later by ministerial order.
The application for admission to compete is made, at the choice of the candidate, via telematic or postal channels.
3.1. Telematic registration
It must be carried out on the website of the Ministry of Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr, under the heading "Our trades, administration, administrative sector, competition calendar and registration".
La date de clôture des inscriptions par voie télématique est fixée au 12 février 2014, à 12 heures (heure de Paris), terme de rigor.
In order for the candidate to be considered as valid, the candidate must:
- to validate its registration on the telematic service within the time limit;
― send any supporting documents that may be required to the selected examination centre.
The deadline for submission of supporting documents is February 14, 2014, the term of rigor, the stamp of the position being held.
3.2. Postal registration
3.2.1. Withdrawal of registration forms:
The withdrawal of registration forms is made to the candidate's choice by download, mail or withdrawal on site.
3.2.1.1. By download:
On the website www.interieur.gouv.fr under the heading "Our trades, administration, administrative sector, competition calendar and registrations".
The deadline for withdrawal of registration forms by download is 14 February 2014, at 16:00 (Paris time), term of rigor.
3.2.1.2. By mail or by withdrawal:
By attaching an envelope (A4 format) to the current tariff for a letter up to 100 g (recorded to the candidate's name and address) or by withdrawal on site:
- for the metropolis (province): at the offices of the recruitment of prefectures in the region (see annex);
―for the overseas: from the human resources offices of the prefectures or high commissioners (see annex);
– for Ile-de-France and for all: in the Ministry of the Interior, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, pole contest, to the attention of Mme Laure GUIHO, 27, les Petites-Ecuries course, 77185 Lognes.
The deadline for the withdrawal of mailing registration forms is 7 February 2014, the term of rigor, the stamp of the post being held.
The deadline for withdrawal of on-site registration forms is 14 February 2014, at 4 p.m. (Paris time), term of rigor.
3.2.2. Terms of mailing of registration records:
The candidate will have to send his registration file to the selected examination centre. This registration file will necessarily include:
― the completed, dated and signed professional examination registration form;
- any supporting documentation required;
― a self-adhesive envelope (standard format) that is off the current tariff for a letter up to 20 g (recorded to the candidate's name and address).
The closing date of the posting is 14 February 2014, a term of rigor (the stamp of the post being held).
Any incomplete or misreported file will be rejected.
The expected date of the written eligibility test is Tuesday, May 13, 2014. This event will take place in the examination centers of Ile-de-France, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Basse-Normandie, Corse, Bourgogne, Franche-Comté, Midi-Pyrénées, Aquitaine, Languedoc-Roussillon, Bretagne, Pays de la Loire, Centre, Champagne-Ardenne, Lorraine, Nord - Pas-de-Calais, Auvergne, Alsace, Rhône-Alpes
To the extent that at least one candidacy is registered, examination centres will be opened in the following overseas departments and communities: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyane, La Réunion, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Mayotte, French Polynesia, Nouvelle-Calédonie.
The oral admission test will take place in Lognes (Seine-et-Marne) between 8 and 19 September 2014 (forecast dates).
For the oral admission test, the declared eligible candidates send to the Ministry of the Interior, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, competitive pole, to the attention of Ms. Laure GUIHO, 27, Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes:
– the record of recognition of the achievements of their full professional experience (RAEP) (in three copies);
― a self-adhesive envelope (standard format) that is off the current tariff for a letter up to 20 g (recorded to the candidate's name and address).
The deadline for sending the RAEP file is September 2, 2014, a term of rigour (the cachet of the position in question).
The RAEP file model and the filling help guide will be available on the website of the Ministry of Interior on 14 May 2014: www.interieur.gouv.fr, under the heading "Our trades, administration, administrative sector, competition calendar and registrations".
The composition of the jury will be subject to a subsequent order by the Minister of the Interior to be published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of the Interior.
The Secretary General is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
