The Minister of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social dialogue and the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forest,
Seen job code, including its article L. 2261-15;
In view of the order of 6 July 1994 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement The national gardening and grainers of 3 December 1993 and the texts which have supplemented or amended it;
Having regard to the agreement of 27 September 2013 on measures for the employment of young people and older persons, concluded in the framework of the Convention Collective referred to above;
Given the extension request submitted by the Signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 20 November 2013;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions And agreements), delivered at the December 11, 2013 session,

Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the national collective agreement for gardeners and Of 3 December 1993, the provisions of the agreement of 27 September 2013 on measures for the employment of young people and senior citizens, concluded under the abovementioned collective agreement.

Article 2

The extension of the effects and sanctions of the above agreement shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining duration and conditions Provided by the said agreement.

Article 3

The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Director of Financial, Social Affairs And logistics in the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forest are responsible for the execution of this Order, each of which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
