Key Benefits:
By order of the Minister of Interior dated January 2, 2014, the opening of an external competition and an internal competition for the recruitment of delegates to the driver's licence and road safety is authorized under the 2014 year.
The number of positions offered at the competitions will be determined later by ministerial order.
The application for admission to compete is made to the candidate's choice via telematics or by mail.
1. Telematic registration
It must be carried out on the website of the Ministry of Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr, under the heading "Our trades ― Administration ― Driver's license and road safety ― Competition Calendar and registration".
La date de clôture des inscriptions par voie télématique est fixée au mercredi 5 février 2014, à 12 heures (heure de Paris), terme de rigor.
In order for the candidate to be considered as valid, the candidate must:
- to validate its registration on the telematic service within the time limit;
― send any supporting documents that may be required to the selected examination centre.
The deadline for sending supporting documents is Friday, February 7, 2014, the term of rigor, the stamp of the position being held.
2. Postal registration
2.1. Withdrawal of registration forms
The withdrawal of registration forms is made to the candidate's choice by download, mail or withdrawal on site.
2.1.1. Download
On the website www.interieur.gouv.fr, under the heading "Our Trades ― Administration ― Driver's license and road safety ― Schedule of Contests and Registrations".
The deadline for withdrawal of registration forms by download is Friday, 7 February 2014, at 4 p.m. (Paris time), term of rigor.
2.1.2. By mail or withdrawal on site
By attaching an envelope (A4 format) to the current tariff for a letter of up to 100 grams (recorded to the candidate's name and address) or by withdrawal on site:
- for the metropolis (province): at the human resources offices of the prefectures of the region (see annex);
―for the overseas: from the human resources offices of the prefectures or high commissioners (see annex);
― for Ile-de-France and for all: in the Ministry of Interior, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, contest pole, to the attention of Ms. Nicole GALLIC, 27, les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes.
The deadline for the withdrawal of mailing registration forms is Friday, January 31, 2014, the term of rigor, the stamp of the post being held.
The deadline for withdrawal of on-site registration forms is Friday, 7 February 2014, at 4 p.m. (Paris time), term of rigor.
2.2. Procedures for transmitting registration files by mail
Candidates residing in metropolis will have to send the registration file to the Ministry of Interior, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP, competitive pole, to the attention of Ms.Nicole GALLIC, 27, Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes.
Ultramarine candidates will have to send the registration file to the human resources office of the prefecture or the chosen high commissioner (see annex).
This registration file will necessarily include:
― the registration form for the contest (external or internal) duly completed, dated and signed;
- any supporting documentation required;
― a self-adhesive envelope (standard format) that is off to the current tariff for a letter up to 20 grams (recorded to the candidate's name and address).
The closing date for posting is Friday, 7 February 2014, the term of rigor, the stamp of the post being held.
Any incomplete or misreported file will be rejected.
The expected date of the written eligibility tests is Tuesday, April 8, 2014. These events will take place in Ile-de-France.
To the extent that at least one application would be registered, examination centres will be opened in the following overseas departments and communities: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyane, La Réunion, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Mayotte, French Polynesia, Nouvelle-Calédonie.
Admission tests will take place in Nevers (Nip) between June 16 and 27, 2014 (forecast dates).
The composition of the jury and lists of candidates authorized to compete will be subject to subsequent orders by the Minister of Interior, which will be published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Interior.
The Secretary General is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
