Order dated December 18, 2013 extending d 'un avenant and d 'an agreement entered into under the national collective agreement of the camping industries (point 1618)

The Minister of Labour, Employment, Training Professional and social dialogue,
Seen job code, including its article L. 2261-15;
In view of the order of 28 December 1992 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement National of the camping industries of 10 December 1991 and of the texts which have completed or amended;
Having regard to the amendment of 14 December 2012 concerning compensation for sick or accident absences and retirement, to the collective agreement Above;
In view of the agreement of 16 April 2013 on the committee Joint validation of collective agreements concluded in the framework of the aforementioned collective agreement;
Due to requests for extension submitted by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinions published in the Official Journal of 29 June 2013 and 21 August 2013;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), delivered at the sitting of 11 December 2013,
Stop:

Item 1 D. 1226-1 and D. 1226-2 of the Labour Code;
-the agreement of 16 April 2013 on the Joint Committee for the Validation of Collective Agreements concluded under the aforementioned collective agreement. The fourth indent of the second subparagraph of Article 4 is excluded from the extension as contrary to the provisions of Article L. 2232-21 to L. 2232-29 of the Labour Code. The words: " At national level (federations) " Article 5 is excluded from the extension as being contrary to the provisions of the second paragraph of Article L. 2232-21 Of the Labour Code.

Article 2

The extension of the effects and sanctions of the amendment and of the aforementioned agreement shall take effect from the date of Publication of this Order for the remainder of Running and the conditions laid down by that amendment and agreement.

Article 3

The Director General of the Labour Office shall be responsible for the implementation of the This Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
