Key Benefits:
By order of the Minister of Social Affairs and Health of 19 December 2013, the internship competition in foreign medicine, accessible to doctors other than nationals of the Member States of the European Union or another State party to the agreement on the European Economic Area, the Principality of Andorra or Switzerland, is open for the academic year 2014-2015 under the following terms:
The registration period is 1 to 31 March 2014.
1. The eligibility test takes place on September 4, 2014, at 10:00, Paris time, simultaneously in all examination centres:
– for residents in France, in the Jean Monnet area, 47 rue des Solets, 94533 Rungis;
– for persons residing abroad, in the embassies of France, a service of cooperation and cultural action of the country of residence.
2. Admission tests take place on 11 December 2014 at the Jean Monnet, 47 rue des Solets, 94533 Rungis.
The registration file includes:
1° A complete and legibly dated and signed application form, specifying the discipline and specialty in which the candidate participates;
2° A statement on honour certifying that the candidate is not a holder of one of the diplomas listed in the list provided for in second paragraph of Article R. 632-56 of the Education Code and that he did not attend this competition more than once.
This declaration must also state the other boarding competitions to which the candidate has possibly already presented:
― competition organized under the decree of 27 March 1987 setting provisional conditions for access to the specialized medical sector of the third cycle of medical studies for foreign physicians other than State nationals belonging to the European Economic Community or the Principality of Andorra and the Principality of Andorraarticle R. 632-56 of the Education Code ;
― competition organized under the decrees of 9 July 1984, setting the organization of the third cycle of medical studies or of 7 April 1988 establishing the organization of the third cycle of medical studies;
3° The legible photocopy of the official identity document, identity card or passport, on which the mention will be made: "I undersigned certify the accuracy of the information on this document, dated and signed. » ;
4° A statement on the honour attesting that the candidate is not a national of one of the Member States of the European Union or one of the States parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area, the Principality of Andorra or the Swiss Confederation;
5° A copy of the diploma, certificate or other title, allowing the practice of medicine in the country of origin on which the following mention will be made: "The candidate certifies the accuracy of the information on this document", dated and signed;
6° A certificate issued according to the annexed model;
7° For persons residing in France, the legible photocopy of the document authorizing regular stay in France;
All documents written in a foreign language will be accompanied by a translation by a translator accredited to the French courts or diplomatic and consular posts abroad, or authorized to intervene with the judicial or administrative authorities of a Member State of the European Union, a State party to the agreement on the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation or the Principality of Andorra.
Nomination conditions are appreciated on the closing date of registration. Applications are to be filed under the following conditions:
― for residents in France, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt at the following address: national management centre, competition department, exercise authorization, professional mobility and development, national medical examination unit, ETR, building Le Ponant, 21B, rue Leblanc, 75015 Paris;
– for persons residing abroad, at the French embassies, a service of cooperation and cultural action, from the country of origin or residence.
Any incomplete or unreported record on the closing date of the registration, the stamp of the position being authentic, is deemed inadmissible.
The above-mentioned services are responsible for forwarding applications to the Director General of the National Management Centre for April 15, 2014.
