Order of December 26, 2013 enforcing the Ministry of Justice, for the reserved recruitments provided for in Act No. 2012-347 of March 12, 2012 relating to the access to and improvement of the conditions of employment of contract agents in the public service, to the fight against discrimination and to various provisions relating to the public service, Decree No. 2010-235 of March 5, 2010 on the remuneration of public officials involved in training activities

The Guard of Seals, Minister of Justice, Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service and Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, Budget Officer,
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu la Act No. 2012-347 of 12 March 2012 relating to access to full employment and the improvement of the conditions of employment of contractual agents in the public service, the fight against discrimination and various provisions relating to the public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2007-1470 of 15 October 2007 modified on vocational training throughout the life of state officials;
Vu le Decree No. 2010-235 of 5 March 2010 amended on the remuneration of public officials participating as an incidental activity in training and recruitment activities;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-631 of 3 May 2012 amended on the eligibility conditions of candidates for recruitments reserved for access to the bodies of officials of the State of categories A, B and C and setting the general conditions for the organization of these recruitments in accordance with the Act No. 2012-347 of 12 March 2012 relating to access to full employment and the improvement of the conditions of employment of contractual agents in the public service, the fight against discrimination and various provisions relating to the public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2013-966 of 28 October 2013 relating to the opening of the reserved recruitments for access to the bodies of officials of the State of categories A, B and C under the Ministry of Justice;
Having regard to the amended decision of 11 March 1992 on the establishment, organization and operation of the National Youth Judicial Protection School;
Considering the amended decision of 31 August 2011 on the application of Decree No. 2010-235 of 5 March 2010 the compensation of public officials involved in training and recruitment activities under the Ministry of Justice;
In view of the decision of 9 January 2013 setting out the nature of the tests and the general organisation rules of the contests reserved for access to certain bodies of state officials under category A taken under the application of theArticle 7 of Decree No. 2012-631 of 3 May 2012,

The amount applicable to reserved recruitments held in the Department of Justice pursuant to Act No. 2012-347 of 12 March 2012 and Decree No. 2012-631 of 3 May 2012 referred to above is attached to the present order.

The Minister of Justice, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for the budget, are responsible, each with regard to the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
