Decree No. 2013-1263 of 27 December 2013 revising the lump-sum amount of active solidarity income

Publics concerned: beneficiaries of active solidarity income (SRA).
Purpose: Annual revalue of the lump sum of the RSA.
Entry into force: the text comes into force on January 1, 2014.
Notice: the decree proceeds to the annual revalorization of the lump-sum amount of active solidarity income in accordance with theArticle L. 262-3 of the Code of Social Action and Families. The revalorization rate is the forecast inflation for 2014 as determined by the Government in the context of the economic, social and financial report annexed to the 2014 Finance Bill (1.3%).

Vu le code of social action and familiesincluding articles L. 262-2 and L. 262-3;
Vu le Decree No. 2009-404 of 15 April 2009 relating to active solidarity income, including article 1;
Vu le Decree No. 2013-793 of 30 August 2013 revising the lump-sum amount of active solidarity income;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Family Allowance Fund dated 3 December 2013;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the Agricultural Social Mutuality dated 27 November 2013;
Based on the advice of the Local Finance Committee (the Standards Assessment Advisory Board) dated 5 December 2013,

The monthly lump sum of active solidarity income for an allocator is 499.31 euros as of January 1, 2014.

This Order is not applicable to Mayotte.

The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the budget, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, in charge of persons with disabilities and the fight against exclusion, are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
