Key Benefits:
By order of the Minister of Social Affairs and Health of 24 December 2013, the opening of external and internal competitions for the recruitment of social service assistants of state administrations is authorized under the 2014 year.
The number and distribution of posts is as follows:
External competition:
Ministry of Justice: 45 posts.
Internal competition:
Ministry of Social Affairs and Health: 1 position;
Ministry of Justice: 22 posts.
Eight places will also be offered to beneficiaries Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims and five places will be offered by contractual means to the beneficiaries of the employment obligation referred to in Article 27 of the amended Act of 11 January 1984 relating to the civil service of the State.
Failure of qualified candidates on the suitability list established by the Minister of Defence pursuant to the provisions of Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims to perform the functions of social service assistant in the Ministry of Justice, vacant jobs can only be filled by meeting the priorities set out in Article L. 406 of the same code and according to the procedure set out in Articles R. 408 et seq. of the same code.
In the absence of qualified candidates to perform the duties of social service assistant in the Ministry of Justice, or in the event of a refusal of a candidate, the jobs not filled under the conditions set out in section L. 406 are added to the jobs to be filled under the conditions set out in section R. 412.
Registration is scheduled for Monday, 27 January 2014.
The closing of the registrations is scheduled for Monday, 24 February 2014, at midnight, a term of rigor.
The oral admission test will take place in Paris from Tuesday, April 1, 2014.

Any incomplete or post-outtime registration form may not be considered.
Candidates admitted to the external examination will be required to submit in five copies to the above-mentioned address before Thursday, March 13, 2014, at midnight, the following documents:
a copy of the titles and diplomas acquired;
– a curriculum vitae absolutely limited to a page;
– a note of two pages most describing the jobs they were able to occupy, the internships they performed and the nature of the activities and work they carried out or to which they took part.
Candidates admitted to the test of the internal competition will have to transmit to the above-mentioned address a record of recognition of the achievements of the professional experience established in five copies before Thursday, March 13, 2014 at midnight, the stamp of the position being held.
Records for recognition of professional experience must be prepared in accordance with the downloadable model on the website or intranet of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health at the following address: http://www.sante.gouv.fr/modalites-d-inscription.html.
The failure to comply with the formalities and deadlines for the transmission of the above documents is eliminated.
The composition of the jury will be fixed later.
