Public concerned: territorial authorities, public bodies and enterprises located in the territory of the communes whose list is annexed to the Decree No. 2007-732 of 7 May 2007 modified for regional end aid areas and small and medium-sized business investment assistance areas.
Subject: extension of the zoning of regional end aids (AFR) until 30 June 2014 and integration of Mayotte into the AFR zoning.
Entry into force: the text comes into force on January 1, 2014.
Notice: the decree extends for a period of six months the zoning of regional end aids (AFR) created by the Decree No. 2007-732 of 7 May 2007 modified for regional end aid areas and small and medium-sized business investment assistance areas.
The decree also incorporates the territory of Mayotte to the AFR zoning following the decision of the European Council of 11 July 2012 (2012/419/EU) amending the status with respect to the European Union of Mayotte.

Having regard to communication 2013/C 209/01 of the European Commission of 23 July 2013 on guidelines for regionally-finished State aids for the period 2014-2020;
Having regard to the decision of the European Council of 11 July 2012 (2012/419/EU) amending the status of the European Union of Mayotte;
Vu la Act No. 95-115 of 4 February 1995 amended guidance for the development and development of the territory, including Article 42;
Vu le Decree No. 2007-732 of 7 May 2007 modified for regional end aid areas and small and medium-sized enterprise investment assistance areas;

The above-mentioned decree of 7 May 2007 is amended as follows:
1° In Article 6, the words "December 31, 2013" are replaced by the words "June 30, 2014";
2° In the A of Appendix 3, the words are added: "Mayotte (all the municipalities of the region)".
The Minister for the Equality of Territories and Housing is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
