Key Benefits:
Publics concerned: institutions benefiting from the solidarity contribution on aircraft tickets and the tax on financial transactions.
Purpose: add to the list of institutions or actions that benefit from the Solidarity Fund for the Development of the Rural Water and Sanitation Initiative of the African Development Bank, the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI), the Green Climate Fund and the Sahel Health Solidarity Initiative.
Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after its publication.
Notice: this decree adds, in accordance with the new assignment, listed in the Act No. 2012-1509 of 29 December 2012 for 2013, a fraction of the proceeds of the financial transactions tax, the Rural Water and Sanitation Initiative (RWSSI) of the African Development Bank, the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI), the Green Climate Fund and the Sahel Health Solidarity Initiative to the list of recipients or actions to benefit from the resources of the solidarity fund.

Vu la Act No. 2012-1509 of 29 December 2012 for 2013, including its article 40;
Vu le Decree No. 2006-663 of 6 June 2006 fixing the amount of the civil aviation tax increase;
Vu le Decree No. 2006-1139 of 12 September 2006 modified on the solidarity fund for development taken under theArticle 22 of Act No. 2005-1720 of 30 December 2005 for 2005 establishing a solidarity contribution on airline tickets,
Decrete:
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Decree of 12 September 2006 is replaced by the following provisions:
"Art. 1st.-Recipients to the Solidarity Fund for Development are used for the reimbursement of the first issue of the International Funding Facility for Immunization (IFFim) and for the financing of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, the International Drug Purchase Facility (UnitAid), the Green Climate Fund, the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GA)
The balance as at December 31 of a year is deferred to the following year. »
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for the budget, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, responsible for development, are responsible, each with regard to the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
