On the Prime Minister's report, Minister of Economy and Finance, Minister of Social Affairs and Health, Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for the Budget, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, responsible for Transport, Sea and fishing,
In view of the Constitution, in particular Article 13;
Seen underOrder No. 58-1136 of 28 November 1958 Law concerning Appointments to the Civil and military jobs in the state;
Given the decree n ° 2013-1009 of 30 August 2010 on the administrative and financial organisation of the National Establishment of the Invalids of the Navy, in particular Article 7;
In light of the decree of 4 November 2010 appointing the Director of the National Institution Invalids of the Navy;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Describes:

Item 1

M. ILLIONNET (Philippe) is renewed as Director of the National Establishment of Invalids of the Navy.

Article 2

The First Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance, Minister of Social Affairs and Health, Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, Minister Delegate to Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for Budget, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Ecology, Sustainable development and energy, responsible for transport, sea and fishing, are responsible, each as far as it is concerned, for the application of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
