The Minister of Labour, Employment, Training Professional and Social Dialogue and the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forest,
Seen job code, including its article L. 2261-15;
Due to the order of 12 January 2010 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement National of sugar confectionery, sugar confectionery and sugar refineries of 31 January 2008 and of the texts which have been completed or amended;
In the light of the amendment n ° 6 of 27 February 2013, concerning the guaranteed annual minimum remuneration and the premium Seniority, to the aforementioned national collective agreement;
In view of the request for extension by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 11 June 2013;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for the Negotiation Collective (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure referred to inArticle R. 2261-5 of the Code From the job,

Item 1 Article 2

The extension of the effects and sanctions of the endorsement referred to above shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order, For the duration remaining to be run and the conditions laid down by that rider.

Article 3

The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Director of Financial, social and logistical affairs of the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forest are responsible for the execution of this Order, each of which shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic French.
