In view of the decision of 26 December 2012 on the classification of the positions of Head of Service and Deputy Head of State Administration under the Ministry of Interior,
Stop:
Section 1 of the Order of December 26, 2012 is amended to read:
I. - After Group I:
1° After the words: "Director of Modernization and Territorial Action: ― Chief of Service, Assistant to the Director" are inserted the words: "and Head of the Public Action Modernization Service";
2° The words: "General Delegation to the Overseas: ― Chief of Service, Deputy to the Deputy General" are replaced by the words: "General Direction for Overseas: ― Chief of Service, Deputy to the Director General";
3° The words: "Delegation to International and European Affairs: ― Chief of Service, Delegate to International and European Affairs" are replaced by the following four paragraphs:
"Department of Performance Evaluation and Financial and Real Estate Affairs:
– Chief Financial Officer.
National Police Branch, National Gendarmerie Branch, Civil Security and Crisis Management Branch:
– Chief of the procurement, equipment and logistics department; »
4° The words: "General Secretariat for Immigration and Integration" are replaced by the words: "General Directorate for Foreigners in France";
5° The words: "Director of reception, integration and citizenship" are replaced by the words: "Director of reception, accompaniment and nationality".
II. - After Group II, the first three paragraphs are replaced by the following two paragraphs:
« Direction générale des étrangers en France :
– Head of the Department of Strategy and International Affairs.”
Section 2 of the Order of December 26, 2012 is amended to read:
I. - After Group II:
1° The words: "subdirector of financial affairs" are deleted;
2° The words: "General Delegation to the Overseas" are replaced by the words: "General Direction of Overseas".
II. - After Group III:
1° The words: "Director of Modernization and Territorial Action: ― Deputy Director of Road Traffic and Road Safety" are deleted;
2° After the words: "Department of Performance and Financial and Real Estate" are inserted the following two paragraphs:
- Deputy Director of Budget Synthesis and Pilotage;
- Deputy Director of Financial and Accounting Quality and Information;
3° The words: " — Assistant Director of General Administration Programs" are replaced by the words: " — Assistant Director of Programs and Purchasing";
4° After the words: " — Deputy Director of General Administration and Purchasing" is inserted the following paragraph:
“– subdirector of applications”;
5° The words: "subdirector of studies and projects" are replaced by the following two paragraphs:
"Public Liberties and Legal Affairs Directorate:
- Deputy Director of Administrative Police;
6° The words: "General Delegation to the Overseas" are replaced by the words: "General Direction of Overseas";
7° The words: "subdirector of equipment and logistics" are deleted;
8° The words: "General Secretariat for Immigration and Integration: ― Deputy Director of General Administration and Finance; - Deputy Director of Strategy; ― Deputy Director of the reception, integration and prevention of discrimination" are replaced by the following three paragraphs:

9° After the words "subdirector of road education" are inserted the words "and the driver's license".
The last two paragraphs of 3° of I of Article 1 and 7° of II of Article 2 will come into force on January 1, 2014.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of the Interior, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for the budget, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
